90-day parts warranty
Replacement parts sold by Regency Fireplace Parts are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless the product page states otherwise. Many parts also carry the manufacturer's (OEM) warranty. Coverage and length are set by the manufacturer, and we'll help you claim it.
Installation requirement
Gas and pellet components, and all electrical components regardless of fuel type, must be installed by a licensed technician. Warranty claims for these components need a copy of the installation receipt.
Not covered
Misuse, accident, improper installation, normal wear and consumable parts, and labour or removal costs.
How to claim
Email support@regencyfireplaceparts.com with your order number, a description, photos, and (where required) the installation receipt. If we approve the claim, we'll replace the part or refund it.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties are limited to the 90-day warranty period.
