Returns Request Form

Although we hope you are pleased with your purchase, we understand there are times when items need to be returned, and we want to make that as painless as possible.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Submit the form below and we'll reply with a return authorization and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you have it.

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of items that are not defective, damaged or shipped in error. There is no restocking fee, and we cover return shipping, when the item was defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. The fee is waived when a part doesn't fit a model we list it for (our listing error); it still applies when the part was ordered for the wrong model.

Items must be unused and uninstalled to qualify for a change-of-mind return. Full details: Refund policy.
